Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases
is established in 2008 and is published bimonthly in both Chinese and English. It
is the official journal owned by the Chinese medical association and is published
by the First affiliated hospital of school of medicine,
Zhejiang
University
and the State key laboratory for diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
It reports advances and progress on infectious diseases, and is a peer reviewed
medical journal for all doctors, researchers, and health workers in this area.
The chief-editor Prof.
LI Lan-juan is the first member of Chinese academy of engineering in infectious
diseases. She is the founder of artificial liver support system and has made a lot
of contributions on the mechanism and clinical treatment of severe hepatitis. Following
the principle of “Precise, Factualistic, Creative and struggling”, we aim to report
the most important and advanced achievements on infectious diseases, and to build
a platform for the communications among medical staff on this area, so as to contribute
to the development of discipline, the communication and spread of the research achievements.
The journal also accepts articles in English
from all branches of infectious diseases and associated technologies. The scope
of articles can include new theories, methods and discoveries, as well as recent
achievements in this area. We are certain your excellent contributions will enhance

Professor
LI Lan-juan, academician of the
Chinese
Academy of Engineering, professor and chief physician of
Zhejiang
University, is a famous expert of infectious diseases in
China. She is engaged in the clinic, teaching and
research work of infectious diseases for more than thirty years. She has
demonstrated remarkable success in the studies on viral hepatitis, microecology
and nosocomial infection, and was awarded as “young expert with outstanding
contributions”. She is the academic leader of National Key Discipline –
Infectious Disease Department, and the director of the State Key Lab for
Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, chairman of Zhejiang Association
for Science and Technology. She is also the vice president of Chinese Medical
association and Chinese Doctor association. She is the chairman of Infectious
Diseases Branch of CMA, the leader of the national artificial liver training
center. She is committed to more than ten important projects such as “863
Project”, “973 Project”, “the 10th Five-Year Plan”, and published more than 200
papers. She is the chief editor of 11 books such as Artificial Liver, Infectious
Microecology, Infectious Diseases, etc. She has won the second prize of national
Scientific & Technology Progress Award and the first or the second prize of
Provincial Scientific & Technological Progress Award seven times.
